T.Ward (Australia) $3,850 A late model Tony Ward Australia Oboe. Special commissioned Oboe at the time by the Army Band, very little use. 3rd Octave, Left F Open D. Full overhaul and check. This is the for runner to the AW Imperial Oboe. Square wooden box case made in Australia.
Howarth S5 EX (UK) Professional Model – $7,850 - This looks like a transition professional model to the XL version, with EX on the Bell. Solid intonation and very stable overall sound. Early 2000’s model that has had only medium use. In the workshop for a full strip and rebuild to get back to its former professional standard. No cracks or issues, in aftermarket case. Reserve your test of this instrument to be first out of the Workshop. Original Howarth Case no Cover.
Marigaux 901 (France) Professional Model - $8,450.00 A great example of 901, plays very well, with impeccable intonation. Older Single Marigaux Case and no cover, played by a student and fully stripped, re-padded and restored.
Rigoutat “Classic” (France) Professional Model – $8,950 - This oboe was hand selected for the IDRS 2004 in Australia, then used as a demo only and sold by Oboe Central in 2015 to its first owner. Used by a student it has been in the workshop and come back as a real fine example of this "master" period for Phillipe Rigoutat. No cracks and that beautiful Rigoutat sound Available for Testing now !
